Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through handling inbound leads and actively engaging in lead generation activities. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing inbound leads, identifying potential customers, initiating contact with prospects, conducting sales presentations, and fostering relationships with clients. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, pre-sales, and field sales to create effective business plans and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound leads efficiently and effectively.
  • Handling sales processes.
  • Proactively generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Building and maintaining a robust pipeline by setting up introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision-makers.
  • Identifying unique pain points and crafting compelling solutions to generate interest in our multi-product offerings.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly goals and quotas assigned.
