Cloud Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking people with Experience in core AWS and GCP services and good technical skills. Having experience in troubleshooting problems spanning multiple systems with respect to Web Applications and databases. Have a good background knowledge in networking & operating systems.
Must have
Kubernetes, Docker, Linux.
Skills
- Understand the current application infrastructure.
- Experience with the core AWS services like AWS EC2, VPC, S3, Kubernetes, Load Balancer, AWS Cloud Watch, Code Deploy, AWS Inspector and its equivalent technologies in GCP.
- Experience with setting up administrator and service accounts, and deep understanding of monitoring AWS instances and services.
- Experience working in AWS and GCP via the Command Line Interface (CLI) and management console. Knowledge and experience in architecting and configuring Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs).
- Experience in Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Experience in monitoring and auditing systems.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls).
- Manage highly, private AWS and GCP clouds and keep them secure.
- Manage and build automated infrastructure using open source tools.
- Experience in Windows/Linux operating system and storage technologies.
- Hands on experience on Microsoft Active Directory, DNS & Group Policies.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills with Web Applications and Databases.
- Ability to estimate usage costs and identify operational cost control mechanisms.
- Must have worked on small or medium production Cloud environments.
- Relevant experience as a cloud Engineer.
