How to view call logs on Android phones remotely using SureMDM?

These logs can be viewed directly on SureMDM Admin Console to keep a check on the calls made along with the time and duration of each incoming and outgoing call. Follow the steps below to enable and configure call logging on your managed Android devices:

1. Log in to your SureMDM Web Console

2. On SureMDM Home, click on Jobs and select Android

3. On Select Job Type page, click on Call Log Tracking

4.  On Call Log Tracking prompt, give a name to the job and turn Call Log Tracking on

5.  Enter a value in minutes in the Tracking Periodicity field and click on OK

6. The created job will get listed

7. Go back to SureMDM Home, select the desired device and click on Apply

SureMDM - Choose an enrolled mobile device

8. On Apply Job To Device prompt, select the job and click on Apply

SureMDM - Apply Call Log Job to the Android device

9. Once the job is successfully applied, SureMDM will start tracking calls and maintain a log


Follow the steps below to view the call log:

1. Select the desired device from the list

SureMDM - Choose an enrolled mobile device

2. Click on More and click on Call Logs to launch a prompt with following details:

  • Incoming
  • Outgoing
  • Missed
  • Rejected

3. Click on Export to export the log in .csv format
