SureLock works fine on any standard Android device with Android 5.0 or above. 

6. How can I make a device to run only one application and block the rest of the settings and applications on the device?

You can use the ‘Single Application Mode’ option in SureLock to run an application in kiosk mode. With just one application in the foreground, access to the Settings or other applications will be blocked.

7. Can SureLock Disable Safe mode and factory reset mode on Android devices?

Yes, SureLock can disable factory reset mode and safe mode on Samsung devices with Android 5.0 or above. SureLock can also lock safe mode on mobiles with OS 6 and below.

8. Can SureLock disable the status bar, notification panel, and soft bottom bar?

Yes, SureLock can block access to the status bar, notification panel, and bottom bar.

9. What is the driver safety feature in SureLock?

Driver Safety is a feature that keeps a check on vehicle speed. Once a vehicle crosses the threshold speed, SureLock sends e-mail alerts to the admin, blocks app access on the device, and performs other such actions (to ensure driver safety).

10. Can a device be used for branding purposes with SureLock running on the device?

Yes. Admin can use Wallpaper and Screen Saver features in SureLock and use the device for branding purposes.

11. Can admin allow Widgets and Shortcuts on the SureLock home screen?

SureLock has features to accommodate widgets and shortcuts on the SureLock home screen.

12. How can I configure multiple devices quickly?

Admins can use Import/Export settings in SureLock to configure multiple devices at a time.

13. Can I configure screensaver when the device is running with SureLock?

Admins can configure a system screen saver on devices and even use SureVideo to display the desired media file(s) as a screensaver.

14. How to exit SureLock when the device is in Single Application Mode?

Reboot the device and tap 5 times on the loading screen. Once the password prompt appears, enter the password to get into SureLock Admin settings, and click on the Exit SureLock option. The default SureLock password is 0000.
