Are you a relationship builder with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving revenue through partnerships? 42Gears is looking for an experienced Channel Manager to lead and grow our partner ecosystem across North America. In this role, you’ll work closely with resellers, distributors, and strategic partners to expand our market reach and maximize value from the channel.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow channel relationships across assigned territories
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners
  • Drive enablement initiatives to help partners sell 42Gears products effectively
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute partner programs, campaigns, and co-branded initiatives
  • Analyze partner performance and create action plans to improve engagement and revenue
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development (ideally in tech/SaaS)
  • Proven ability to manage and grow B2B channel relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of channel sales models, partner programs, and reseller ecosystems
  • Self-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
