Zebra MX Configurations

42Gears’ SureMDM integrates seamlessly with Zebra’s Mobility Extensions (MX), enabling IT administrators to remotely manage and configure Zebra devices through script-based commands. By creating and deploying Run Script jobs within the SureMDM console, administrators can control various device functionalities, such as rebooting devices, performing factory resets, managing connectivity options like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Airplane Mode, and adjusting display settings. This script-based approach allows for efficient and centralized management of Zebra devices, reducing the need for manual interventions.

To facilitate mass provisioning of Zebra devices, 42Gears has partnered with Zebra Technologies to utilize StageNow, Zebra’s Android staging solution. This collaboration enables IT administrators to rapidly enroll multiple Zebra Android devices into SureMDM by simply scanning a configuration barcode. The process significantly reduces deployment time and minimizes manual effort, ensuring that devices are configured consistently and according to organizational policies.
