We’re hiring a Territory Account Manager to lead our sales efforts in the North Central (Chicago) Region. You’ll own the full sales cycle, working with new prospects and existing customers to deliver real impact. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to build a strong pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets
- Deliver tailored 42Gears presentations that align with customer needs, business goals, challenges, and technical requirements
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with all existing clients in the assigned territory
- Collaborate with 42Gears’ support teams to retain and grow existing customer accounts
- Travel as needed (20–30%) within the assigned territory to support sales efforts
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to the Director of Sales
Experience Required:
- 6+ years of experience in related industries, with a minimum of 3 years in enterprise sales
- Software Sales background – OR relevant Hardware Sales experience
- Proven success in both direct and channel-driven sales models
- Strong ability to navigate complex sales environments and collaborate cross-functionally
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent professional experience
