Key responsibilities

Performing Verification and Validation testing on 42Gears products.

Setting up a customer environment for seamless installation of 42Gears products.

Troubleshooting product issues and providing technical solutions to customers.

POC with clients for addressing their technical and business requirements .

Analysis of 42Gears products for strengths and USPs. 

Customer communication and ownership.

Conduct product and technical training for the sales team and attend training/conferences as and when conducted.

Travel to customer locations, India and abroad, for meetings , deployments and troubleshooting.

Ownership of Problems /Issues/Defects Ticket until resolution.

Key requirements:-

Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle

Knowledge on Database concepts & using SQL

Knowledge of database – SQL Server

Understanding of XML, XSLT.

Preferred: Linux Knowledge, Network concepts.

Good to have mobility knowledge.

Passion for learning with a willingness to acquire expertise on new technologies.

Self driven, adaptable and team player.

Communication skills – spoken as well as written.

Ability to track and own issues. Interact with the development team for technical solution and closure.
