We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Operations Executive to support our sales team by engaging leads, managing sales processes, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role is ideal for early- to mid-career professionals who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to revenue generation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales
Engage with inbound and outbound leads via email, phone, and virtual meetings
Support the outbound sales team by assisting throughout the sales funnel
Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing engagement
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and basic sales presentations
Sales Operations
Support day-to-day sales operations and administrative activities
Ensure CRM data hygiene, pipeline updates, and sales reporting
Coordinate with finance and other internal teams for order processing and invoicing
Assist with sales process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or sales operations
(Entry-level candidates with strong potential will also be considered)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Odoo, or similar platforms is a plus
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
