Relevant Experience: Fresher

Responsibilities:

  • Handle & Coordinate on Employee & Visitor Movement.
  • Coordination with Support Staff ,Office Assistants & builders on Upkeep of Office Infra.
  • Coordinate with builders/vendors for any floor maintenance.
  • Handle all incoming & outgoing couriers, Printing & Petty Cash.
  • Coordinate & mentor Support staff & Office Assistants on day-to-day work.
  • Invoice tracking, DC tracking & maintenance
  • Lunch & Cafeteria Management
  • Coordinate during employee onboarding & offboarding process.
  • Prepare monthly reports as per business & compliance requirements.
  • Provide Assistance on office Administration related work.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any discipline
  • Good communication skills- both oral & written
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multitasking.
  • Quick & keen learner & leadership qualities
