Responsibilities:
- Handle & Coordinate on Employee & Visitor Movement.
- Coordination with Support Staff ,Office Assistants & builders on Upkeep of Office Infra.
- Coordinate with builders/vendors for any floor maintenance.
- Handle all incoming & outgoing couriers, Printing & Petty Cash.
- Coordinate & mentor Support staff & Office Assistants on day-to-day work.
- Invoice tracking, DC tracking & maintenance
- Lunch & Cafeteria Management
- Coordinate during employee onboarding & offboarding process.
- Prepare monthly reports as per business & compliance requirements.
- Provide Assistance on office Administration related work.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any discipline
- Good communication skills- both oral & written
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multitasking.
- Quick & keen learner & leadership qualities
