Senior Manager Human Resource
Relevant Experience: 15+ years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manages Operations, HRBP, Talent acquisition, Admin and facilities and L&D team members to drives initiatives forward
- Ability to lead and motivate HR Operations resources Globally to deliver control evidence as per agreed to schedules and retain a team who speaks different languages supporting various countries across a region
- Executes corporate-driven strategies, initiatives, and directives
- Drives findings of studies and prepares recommendations for implementation of new and scalable systems, programs, procedures, or organizational changes based on guidance from People leadership Serves as the management point of contact for human resources inquiries and for project requests
- Leads the development of functional or operational policies and procedures outlining established methods of performing work in accordance with organizational policy and efficient operations
- Oversees all employee relations issues and guides situations in accordance with regulations & culture
- Maintains pulse on employee morale, engagement and overall culture and takes needed action when appropriate
- Handle vendor management process of HR and Admin
- Designs and develops solutions to measure progress and success, including monitoring team metrics and using them to guide decision making
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law
- Serves as a key leadership team member as an HR knowledge expert, consultant and strategic advisor
- Handle all administrative activities like hotel, travel & transport, housekeeping & maintenance of office etc.,
- Record keeping of office stationery including various formats.
- Assist in event management and calendar planning for annually
- Administer the compensation program, monitor, Benchmarking with Industry standards and support performance evaluation, OKRs and employee recognition programs as required.
- Manage employee relations counselling and investigations as required, representing HR at related meetings and hearings.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures as well as employment laws.
- Handling anonymous surveys, grievances, POSH compliance and labour compliance
- Establish Global governance, self audit cadence and metrics required to meet quarterly audit requirements.
- Leadership development and training – identify the training and development needs at all levels in collaboration with business heads at region, country and learning advisors. Implement the relevant training programmers that improve the businesses’ performance.
- Recruitment, Campus placement and Bulk hiring. Taking care of the end to recruitment and team.
- Keep oversight on job requisition status and adequately address hiring or capacity issues. Support
- Management team in implementing HC change (internal movement) and reduction (exits) plans within the businesses that meet the efficiency targets.
- Talent Management – Responsible for designing, implementing & managing the overall HR strategy & objectives for the Line / Business. Working in sync with the team towards recruitment for Product development. Understanding the technicalities of the requirements from the business groups. Independently initiating the recruitment process. Recruitment spans varied skill sets for different divisions, viz. Software, Operations, Finance,
Preferred experience
- 15+ years of experience in Human resource is preferred
- Proficient verbal communication skills with persuasive skills
- Proficient written communication skills for asynchronous information sharing
- System-level thinker with a penchant for defining processes

- 7+ years people management experience required
- 10+ years human resources generalist experience
- Sets high standards and committed to continuous improvement
- Solid expertise in developing solutions based upon facts/data analytics
- Thorough understanding of local, regional and country regulations
- Project planning and monitoring experience required
- Budgeting, MIS and expense tracking experience required
- Policy and procedure creation experience required
- Experience with audits required – ISO ISMS 27001 and SOC2
- Employee relations experience required
- Facilities management knowledge preferred
- 5+ years HRIS experience required
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in business, human resources
