Priority Email Support:
Under Annual Support Contract you will gain access to our engineers via email support for issues related to the set up of the program and how to use a specific feature. Specific questions related to system design and engineering know how are not covered under support but within reason we will always try and help. Support also covers all installation issues and operating issues.
If you require phone support, write to firstname.lastname@example.org and mention your requirements. Phone support has different pricing structure.
You can order our products Online, by Fax, Phone or with POs. All major credit cards, Bank Transfer and Check (Cheque) payments are supported. All transactions are secure.

How to order by Purchase Order
Purchase orders are handled for us by our e-commerce partner Plimus. To place an order by Purchase Order, follow below mentioned steps:
1. Click on Buy link for the pack that you want to purchase.
2. On the order page please select the quantity that you need.
3. Then enter your address and billing details and select Purchase Order from the list of Method of payment.
4. Click Next
The system will display a Proforma Invoice. Please fax your Purchase Order to Plimus at +1-858-777-5553 together with the displayed Proforma Invoice. Please ensure that Plimus is mentioned as the vendor name in the purchase order.
