42Gears is now an Official Samsung KME Partner

Bengaluru, India, September 17, 2018 - 42Gears Mobility Systems, a Visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for UEM Tools 2018, announces that it is now an official Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment partner. Samsung recognizes 42Gears as a supported EMM vendor that offers Knox Mobile Enrollment, offering the quickest and most automated method to streamline the initial setup and enrollment of corporate-owned and employee-owned devices.

Provisioning devices with an EMM solution is one of the biggest challenges faced by businesses. 42Gears has used Samsung Knox mobile enrolment platform to provision and deploy EMM policies on Samsung Devices. This helps in securing devices as end users can not uninstall or remove EMM from the devices. In case the devices are reset, KME will reprovision the devices again. 42Gears EMM features include remote support for screen control and touch events, ability to run static jobs such as silent installation and uninstallation of applications, lock down of peripherals such as Wi-Fi, NFC, and push run scripts to block uninstallation of applications and OTA updates, implement dynamic jobs such as reboot and reset device, and many other enterprise features.

Prakash Gupta, Co-founder and CTO of 42Gears says, “Samsung is one of the leading device manufacturers to offer a mass enrollment program for enterprise devices. Being a Samsung recognized enterprise mobility vendor puts us in the league of top solution providers with approved features that allow enterprises to make use of Samsung KME for quick device setup and deployment among their workforce. We have fine tuned our UEM features to work with Samsung KME and Knox platform, ensuring a smooth and seamless adoption process for organizations.”
