Definitions:

• Qualified Referrer: A Qualified Referrer is a person who is an employee of a company that is currently paying for the 42Gears’ products/solutions/services it is using
• Qualified Lead: A person, referred to by a qualified referrer, who is an employee of a company that is currently not using 42Gears’ products/solutions/services
• Deal: A contract that covers the terms and condition of purchase between 42Gears, as a vendor, and another corporate entity, as a buyer of 42Gears’ products/solutions/services

Terms and Conditions:

• The reference must come from a qualified referrer.
• The reference must lead to a deal.
• The lead must be registered under a valid enterprise domain. He/she should, ideally, be an IT administrator who partakes in managing his/her organization’s mobile devices.
• The referrer would be eligible to get 10 free licenses in return for the reference shared only if the deal comes through.

Referrers must:

• Be 18 years or older 
• Have the legal right to provide information asked for herein (e.g., name, email address, phone number, and zip code)

FAQs

 

• How many references can I share? You can share any number of references. We will offer free licenses for the first 5 successful leads i.e. for the ones that convert.
• What is the maximum number of free licenses I can get? You can get a maximum of 50 (10*5) free licenses over and above the number of licenses you are already using (10 each for one successful lead that you have shared).

 

42Gears reserves the right to cancel the Refer and Earn Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time. We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the 42Gears website, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
