Inside Sales Executive

Experience: 0-2 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential leads.
  • Qualify leads through cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps.
  • Performing initial needs assessment and identifying prospects pain points to determine how 42Gears UEM solutions could address those needs.
  • Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Represent our company’s products and services – starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet their needs.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set-up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and outbound sales executives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree / MBA is preferred.
  • 0 -2 Years of corporate experience in relevant space.
  • Strong desire to pursue a inside sales career.
  • Ability to adopt quickly to Mobility and Mobile Device Management (MDM) technologies.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email and ability to engage meaningfully.
  • Self-motivated, high energy with a learners-mindset.
  • Understanding of CRM tools, LinkedIn and curiosity to expand on learning new tools to generate sales leads.
