Annual Support and Maintenance

All paid licenses include 12 months of software maintenance (support and product updates). Beyond this initial 12 months period, you have an option to renew your software maintenance for another 12 months period.

Maintenance renewals commence from the expiration of your active maintenance period, regardless of when the maintenance renewal is purchased. If you intend to renew, we recommend renewing at least 30 days before expiration.

Version Upgrades:

You are eligible to receive free software upgrades during the active maintenance period. Licenses are as such perpetual. Current version of the product will continue to work after maintenance period has expired, but upgrade to the new versions will not be possible unless Annual Support and maintenance plan is purchased.

Priority Email Support & Live Chat:

During active maintenance period you can send us support requests via email or live chat for issues related to licensing, installation, configuration and product usage. We undertake to respond to priority support requests within one business day. Even if you submit your request via email, we may phone you back if the circumstances and the nature of your issue warrant it.

Phone Support:

If you require phone support, write to sales@42gears.com and mention your requirements. Phone support has different pricing structure.

How to renew Support Plan:

You can renew your support plan at 30% of the list price of the product at the time of renewal. We will send you an email notification 30 days prior to the expiry of your current maintanence period. You can also contact us at sales@42gears.com to purchase or renew your Annual Support Plan. Please mention details such as company name, ordering person's email address and activation code provided earlier.

Payment Options

Online Ordering (Plimus)

You can order our products Online, by Fax, Phone or with POs. All major credit cards, Bank Transfer and Check (Cheque) payments are supported. All transactions are secure. 42Gears has partnered with Plimus, a leading e-commerce provider, to make your shopping experience easier, faster, and more convenient. During your checkout, you may notice that your order is being serviced by Plimus. PayPal

Contact us at sales@42gears.com with your order requirements and we will send you an online PayPal invoice which can be paid using a Paypal account or with a Credit Card. You do not need a paypal account to use this option.

Direct Bank Wire Transfer

For large orders we prefer direct bank wire transfer to our account. Please contact us at sales@42gears.com with your order requirements and we will send you the detailed wire transfer information.

Licenses will be supplied to you after the payment has been made.
