Please follow the checklist below to make sure your device is properly secured:
Disable Allow Automatic Updating of SureLockIf your phone/tablet has Google Play store, make sure the Allow Automatic Updating checkbox is NOT checked for SureLock.
Disable USB Debugging ModeMake sure the USB Debugging checkbox is NOT checked on your device. USB Debugging is located under System Settings
For devices less than 4.0, go to Settings – Applications – Development – USB Debugging
For devices above 4.0, go to Settings – Developer Options – USB Debugging
