SureMDM<\/a><\/strong> locks down your iPhone and iPads to run just one application in the foreground all the time. Home Button<\/em>, Notifications<\/em>, and Control Center <\/em>are disabled too.<\/p>\n

\"Single<\/p>\n

Here are the steps you can follow to lock your iPads and iPhones into Single Application Mode:<\/span><\/p>\n

Note<\/strong>: Please make sure that you have Supervised Mode<\/strong> enabled on your device. <\/span>Click here for the steps<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

1. Download and install SureMDM Nix Agent for iOS<\/strong> from App Store<\/a><\/p>\n

2. Once installed, launch SureMDM Nix Agent<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. On SureMDM Nix Welcome Screen<\/strong>, tap Enroll Device<\/strong><\/p>\n

4. On Enroll Device<\/strong> screen, select from the following two options:<\/p>\n

\"SureMDM<\/p>\n

– Register<\/strong> \u2013 If you want to use the Account ID and register manually (Account ID is sent to your registered email address after sign up)<\/p>\n

– Scan QR<\/strong> \u2013 Use this option if you are logged into SureMDM Web Console and want to use Device Enrollment option to scan and configure the Nix Agent<\/p>\n

5. On Install Profile<\/strong> screen, tap Install<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"SureMDM<\/p>\n

6. Once profile installed, tap Done<\/strong><\/p>\n

7. On successful configuration, SureMDM Nix Home Screen<\/strong> should mention Online<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"SureMDM<\/p>\n

8. Now, login to SureMDM Web Console<\/strong><\/a>, click Profiles<\/strong> option on top toolbar<\/p>\n

\"SureMDM<\/p>\n

9. Select iOS<\/strong> tab and click  Add<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Profile-iOS-add\"<\/p>\n

10. On iOS MDM Profile<\/strong> page, give a name to the job and select Single App Mode Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n

11. Click Configure<\/strong>, enter following details and click Save<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Lockdown Application<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Single App Mode<\/strong><\/p>\n

12. Once done creating iOS MDM Profile<\/strong>, go to SureMDM Home<\/strong> and select the device listed under Device List<\/strong><\/p>\n

13. Next, click Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Apply<\/p>\n

14. On Apply Job to Device<\/strong> prompt, select the created job and click Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once done, the device will run just one application on the foreground and the users will have no access to home and external hardware buttons.<\/p>\n
