It comes in the form of <a href=\"https:\/\/activate.42gears.com\/login.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">web console<\/a> and can be easily accessed using the registered email address and&nbsp;Customer ID\/Activation Code (ID used while purchasing the product).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/activate.42gears.com\/login.aspx\">42Gears Activation Console<\/a> can be used for following activities:<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-13418\" src=\"https:\/\/www.42gears.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/see100x100.png\" alt=\"see100x100\" width=\"64\" height=\"64\">View Activation Codes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Activation Console lists all the <strong>Activation Codes<\/strong> under the account. It includes both parent and child activation codes. Support Expiry Date refers to the date from which the activated product will not receive any support or update from 42Gears. The activated product will still work but&nbsp;will not receive new features or fixes after the&nbsp;support expiry date.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13409 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.42gears.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/alert100x100.png\" alt=\"alert100x100\" width=\"65\" height=\"65\">Set Reminder Alerts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Activation Console also has an option to set alerts. You can set an alert to be sent to the administrator if the count of&nbsp;<strong>Total Licenses Available<\/strong>&nbsp;becomes&nbsp;lower&nbsp;than&nbsp;specified.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13416 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.42gears.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/report100x100.png\" alt=\"report100x100\" width=\"65\" height=\"65\">Export Activation Codes Reports<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Activation Console also has the option to export reports on activation codes under the account.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13417 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.42gears.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/search100x100.png\" alt=\"search100x100\" width=\"65\" height=\"65\">Search and view details of activated devices<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On highlighting a particular <strong>Activation Code<\/strong>, Activation Console lists all the activated devices with their details like:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Device OS<\/li>\n<li>Device Model<\/li>\n<li>Activation Date<\/li>\n<li>IP Address<\/li>\n<li>IMEI<\/li>\n<li>WiFi MAC<\/li>\n<li>Device GUID<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can also search for a particular device using any of the above mentioned information using <strong>Search<\/strong> option at the bottom of the screen.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13408 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.42gears.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/activate100x100.png\" alt=\"activate100x100\" width=\"65\" height=\"65\">Deactivate activated&nbsp;devices<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If your device is broken or stolen and there is no access to the device for manual deactivation of the product, you can request for deactivation of licenses using Activation Console. Select the device you want to deactivate from <strong>Activated Devices<\/strong> list and click on&nbsp;<strong>Request<\/strong> <strong>for deactivation<\/strong>. This step will trigger a mail to 42Gears&nbsp;sales team who upon verification will deactivate the account.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Note<\/strong>: 42Gears&nbsp;sales team will deactivate licenses only&nbsp;for broken&nbsp;and lost devices.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13410 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.42gears.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/cloud100x100.png\" alt=\"cloud100x100\" width=\"65\" height=\"65\">Edit product settings in Cloud ID<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Activation Console also saves <strong>Cloud IDs<\/strong> and the product settings for all Activation Codes.
