Logs<\/strong> help you to maintain, manage and track records of all events and activities on a device or an application. Log Maintenance<\/strong> can be very useful in searching, analyzing and detecting unexpected behaviors of a device or an application. And, these logs can be helpful in a quick diagnosis and resolution of most of the technical concerns.<\/p>\n

However, the process of searching for the log files in a device, copying and pasting fairly large sized files in a mail and mailing it to the concerned support team\/person could be time consuming and tedious.<\/p>\n

With SureLock<\/strong>, working with logs files is quick and easy because it comes with inbuilt option to export log files to cloud. You can simply use Export Log Files to Cloud<\/strong> feature to export files to cloud and share the Cloud ID<\/strong> with the concerned team.<\/p>\n

Note<\/strong>: This feature will export Device Logs<\/strong>, Settings<\/strong> File<\/strong> and Diagnostic<\/strong> Logs <\/strong>f<\/em>or SureLock<\/strong>,<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Follow below mentioned steps to export log files to the cloud:<\/p>\n

1<\/strong>. Access SureLock <\/strong>Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n

2<\/strong>. On the SureLock Admin<\/strong> Settings <\/strong>screen, tap on About SureLock<\/strong><\/p>\n

 3<\/strong>. On About<\/strong> SureLock<\/strong> screen, tap on Export Log Files to Cloud<\/strong> option under Diagnostics<\/strong> section<\/p>\n

 4<\/strong>. On Export Log Files to Cloud<\/strong> screen, tap on Export Logs<\/strong><\/p>\n

5.<\/strong> Next prompt will give you a Cloud<\/strong> ID<\/strong> for the exported file. You can share this ID with concerned team for assistance.<\/p>\n
