SureMDM<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/strong> efficiently handles remote installation of files on large number of devices. All you have to do is create an installation job with file details and deploy the job to multiple Android devices. <\/span><\/p>\n

\"install_job\"<\/p>\n

Earlier, to create an Install Job<\/strong>, the file to be installed was required to be uploaded to SureMDM<\/strong>. However, now you can install a file by specifying a download URL<\/strong> of the file. In other words, with this new option, you can perform an install job of a large sized file without uploading it to SureMDM<\/strong> .<\/p>\n

To create an Install Job<\/strong> using <\/span>SureMDM<\/strong>, follow below mentioned steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> Login to SureMDM Web Console<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\"suremdm-login\"<\/p>\n

2.<\/strong> Click on Jobs<\/strong> on the top bar<\/span><\/p>\n

\"jobs-suremdm\"<\/p>\n

3.<\/strong> On the Jobs<\/strong> screen, click on New Job<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\"jobs-new-suremdm\"<\/p>\n

4.<\/strong> Choose the platform as Android<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

\"jobs-android-suremdm\"<\/p>\n

5.<\/strong> Next, select Install Application<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\"suremdm-install-application\"<\/p>\n

6.<\/strong> On Configure Job<\/strong> screen, type in a Job Name<\/strong> and click on Add<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\"suremdm-file-transfer-add\"<\/p>\n

7.<\/strong> On Install Job<\/strong> prompt, type in the URL<\/strong> in File Path<\/strong> field<\/span><\/p>\n

8<\/strong>. Enter the location for the filed to be saved in Device Path<\/strong> field<\/span><\/p>\n

9.<\/strong> Check the Install After Copy<\/strong> option<\/span><\/p>\n

10.<\/strong> Tap on OK<\/strong> to complete<\/span><\/p>\n

11.<\/strong> Return to Device List<\/strong> and select the device to apply the job<\/span><\/p>\n

12.<\/strong> In Device Toolbar<\/strong>, click on Apply<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

Once these steps completed, the file will be remotely installed in the device from the specified URL.<\/p>\n
