\"How<\/a>For various reasons, you might want to transfer license from one device to another. Here we explain you the most common scenarios and the steps you can take to recover and re-use your license.<\/span><\/pre>\n
\"device_broken_lost_stolen\"<\/a><\/p>\n
A very common scenario is where a device might get lost or broken and you do not have physical access to the device. The best practice recommended by us is to maintain a list of Wi-Fi MAC Address<\/strong> or IMEI Numbe<\/strong>r of all the activated devices. You can note down these values from SureLock<\/strong> and SureFox<\/strong> About<\/strong> screen. In case of a problem, you can just write back to us with the device Wi-Fi MAC Address<\/strong> or IMEI Numbers<\/strong> values and we’ll free up the license for you.<\/p>\n
\"factory_settings\"<\/a>In case your phone was restored to factory default settings, don’t worry about loosing your SureLock<\/strong> and SureFox<\/strong> license. You can re-install SureLock<\/strong>\/SureFox<\/strong> and reuse your existing activation code which was used on the device previously. The device count of the license will not get affected.<\/p>\n
\"surefox_surelock_uninstalled\"<\/a><\/p>\n
You can re-install SureLock<\/strong>\/SureFox<\/strong> and reactivate using the same Activation Code<\/strong>. The device count of the license will not increase.<\/p>\n
\"device_transfer\"<\/a><\/p>\n
In case you want to transfer an existing license to another device, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n
1.<\/strong> Access SureFox<\/strong>\/SureLock Settings<\/strong> by tapping five<\/strong> times within three<\/strong> seconds on the Home Screen<\/strong> and using the login password<\/p>\n
\"surelock_surefox_login\"<\/a><\/p>\n
2.<\/strong> On SureFox<\/strong>\/SureLock Settings <\/strong>screen, tap on About<\/strong> option<\/p>\n
\"surelock_surefox_about\"<\/a><\/p>\n
3.<\/strong> On About<\/strong> screen, tap on Deactivate<\/strong> option to deactivate the existing SureLock<\/strong>\/SureFox<\/strong> License<\/strong> from the device. These will free up the used device count of your license and you can use the same license code on a different device.<\/p>\n
