To make this process easy for you, SureLock, SureFox, and SureVideo allow you to configure one device, export its settings to Cloud\/file\/HTTP and then replicate the same settings to other devices in your organization.&nbsp;To explain the procedure better, we divide it into two steps:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-13488\" src=\"http:\/\/live-42gears-site.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/import-export-flow.png\" alt=\"import-export-flow\" width=\"558\" height=\"231\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.42gears.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/import-export-flow.png 2339w, https:\/\/www.42gears.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/import-export-flow-300x124.png 300w, https:\/\/www.42gears.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/import-export-flow-1024x423.png 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 558px) 100vw, 558px\" \/><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0431b4; text-decoration: underline;\">1. Prepare and export the settings file:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> Install SureLock\/SureFox\/SureVideo on any one device and configure it with your required settings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> Once you have finished the configuration, Go to <strong>Import\/Export Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> If you want to activate SureLock\/SureFox\/SureVideo on your devices automatically, go to <strong>Advanced Settings<\/strong>&nbsp;under <strong>Import\/Export Settings<\/strong> and enable <strong>Export Activation Code<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The activation code will be encrypted and included in the settings file.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> Tap on <strong>Done<\/strong> to return back to the previous screen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong> Under <b>Export Settings<\/b> to export your configuration settings, select from the following options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Export to File<\/strong> &#8211; The settings file is exported to the SDCARD&#8217;s root folder with a <i>.settings<\/i> extension such as <i>SureLock.settings<\/i> and <i>SureFox.settings<\/i>. You can export the file to any location on device storage.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Export to Cloud<\/strong> &#8211; The settings file is exported to the cloud with a unique Cloud ID.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0431b4; text-decoration: underline;\">2. Import of Settings for auto configuration:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The settings file holds all the configuration. There are multiple methods to configure other devices:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2e2efe;\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-13495\" src=\"http:\/\/live-42gears-site.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/cloud1.png\" alt=\"cloud1\" width=\"48\" height=\"48\">&nbsp;Import from Cloud<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Follow steps mentioned below to import the setting using Cloud ID:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> On SureLock\/SureFox\/SureVideo Settings Main Menu, tap on <strong>Import\/Export Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> On <strong>Import\/Export Settings<\/strong> screen, tap on <strong>Import From Cloud<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> On <strong>Import Settings from Cloud<\/strong> screen, enter the<strong> Cloud ID<\/strong> or select it from the <strong>Cloud ID History<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> Tap on <strong>Import<\/strong> to complete<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong> On successful import of<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>settings<b> <\/b>from cloud, a prompt will inform you that it has been successfully imported<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #2e2efe;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-13496\" src=\"http:\/\/live-42gears-site.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/file1.png\" alt=\"file1\" width=\"48\" height=\"48\">&nbsp;Pushing the Settings file<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this method, we need to copy the settings file to the root folder of device&#8217;s storage. You can use an MDM solution like <a title=\"SureMDM - Mobile Device Management\" href=\"http:\/\/live-42gears-site.pantheonsite.io\/suremdm\/index.html\"><span style=\"color: #2e2efe;\">SureMDM<\/span> <\/a>to push the settings file remotely or copy it manually. SureLock, SureFox, and SureVideo are pre-configured to automatically import new settings every 10 minutes.
