Media Publication Specialist

Job Description:

  • Suggest stories and generate headline ideas that resonate with the target audience.
  • Research and suggest publications to work with for increasing brand awareness and establishing thought leadership.
  • Produce well-researched content based on industry trends and thought leadership ideas shared by the senior management for such publications.
  • Coordinate with publications to manage the entire cycle from content creation to publication.
  • Meet and interview experts to gather inputs for editorials to be published or recordings that can be hosted as webinars/podcasts.
  • Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines.
  • Leverage industry best practices and familiarity with the organization’s mission to inspire ideas and content.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional proofreading, editing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with external publications/agencies content published on time and on the right platform/channel.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to understand what resonates with the audience.
