Email Marketing Specialist
Job Description:
- Create and deploy email marketing campaigns to promote user engagement and member registrations.
- Create list segmentation and target lists within the email marketing platform for personalized email campaigns.
- Ensure marketing messages are conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects.
- Ensure all messages are sent in proper form and template.
- Pull email performance reports and audience lists for ongoing requests.
- Build out segmentation for personalization within email campaigns.
- Build out nurture and journey programs for key segments.
- Include brand graphics, incentives, and detailed descriptions.
- Ensure messages are mobile-friendly and rendered appropriately across email clients.
- Track and analyze email marketing reporting to inform the team.
- Create detailed reporting for ongoing email campaigns to share with the team.
- Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity, and security of several databases.
- Ensure compliance with anti-spam legislation.
- Create documentation for workflows and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 4+ years of experience in email marketing.
- Good knowledge of email marketing campaigns, campaign management systems, drip campaigns, nurturing programs, and marketing automation.
- Experience using Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present performance, insights, and recommendations to growth team leadership.
- Ability to establish specific priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Understanding of HTML coding (preferred).
