When you’re managing hundreds of mobile devices through an EMM solution, administration must be efficient. Categorizing enrolled mobile devices and defining appropriate permissions to admins is the first step towards a streamlined and effective management setup.

42Gears UEM Solution SureMDM offers comprehensive user management capability for super users who can create and customize admins’ permissions for enrolled devices based on the following three aspects:

Device Groups

Roles

Jobs

Role-based Admins

These admins will have access to all SureMDM functions except to a few which the super-user has specified to be excluded. For example; a super-user can exclude a newly created admin user from their ability to remotely install applications on enrolled devices.
