How to disable/block USB ports or SD cards with SureLock

Extensive use of mobile devices in organizations makes information security a major concern for all of us as these devices hold a lot of confidential information, both personal and corporate. There can be numerous ways through which data can be stolen from these mobile devices. USB ports or SD cards can be one of them. Attackers may send viruses via USB that can read the data on the device, copy that data to an unauthorized USB disk. They can even connect an SD card to the devices in an unauthorized way.

To prevent such unauthorized access via USB or SD cards, we need to disable or block them. 42Gears SureLock helps us to disable or block USB ports or SD cards in the following ways:

NOTE: Blocking of USB ports and SD Card options are available only for the platform signed/Samsung Knox devices.
