Upgrade and Annual Support Agreement
Version Upgrades:
- License cost includes free upgrades within one year after purchase of licenses.
Email Support:
- Under Annual Support Contract you will gain access to our engineers via email support for issues related to the set up of the program and how to use a specific feature. Specific questions related to system design and engineering know how are not covered under support but within reason we will always try and help. Support also covers all installation issues and operating issues.
Phone Support:
- If you require phone support, write to sales@42gears.com and mention your requirements. Phone support has different pricing structure.
Payment Options
- You can order our products Online, by Fax, Phone or with POs. All major credit cards, Bank Transfer and Check (Cheque) payments are supported. All transactions are secure.
- You can pay us in US Dollars, Euros, UK Pounds or many other currencies.

Delivery
- When you purchase our product you receive your personal license key via e-mail.
- Online orders are processed immediately. Other forms of ordering take longer: 3-5 days for bank transfers and up to 3 weeks for check (cheque) payments.
